Bourbon Product Development
Bourbon ages for a minimum of two years. Know that we are working hard to bring our products in our own unique style to market as soon as they are ready to be. Follow us on this page for product development names, notes, and labels as we are ready to announce them.

Malt grains provide emelieze to feed our yeast and flavor complexity for our spirits
Time
Bourbon must be aged a minimum of two years, but some bourbon needs to sleep a little longer

Another piece necessary to the product, American White Oak Casks are where the magic happen

Listings of products will not necessarily have a release date. We name our small batch bourbon by the mash bill and then age it until it's a spirit we want to share with you.
